You will lead a diverse backroom team, safeguard donations, and support store readiness and sales.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of experience in production, warehouse, retail, or logistics.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Forklift certification or training provided.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift during shifts.
• Bilingual skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily backroom production operations including donation intake, sorting, processing, pricing, and material handling.
• Provide hands‑on leadership to backroom staff to ensure production goals and quotas are met.
• Monitor workflow to support efficient movement of donated goods from intake to production.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with processing guidelines and CPSC requirements.
• Safeguard donated goods to prevent loss or damage.
• Train and coach backroom team on production processes and safety standards.
• Coordinate movement of processed goods to the sales floor in line with priorities.
• Maintain backroom safety and cleanliness by enforcing safety protocols.
