Job summary

On Location is seeking a detail-oriented Coordinator, Business Services to support report requests via Grasp and Trams, reconcile client credit card activity, and maintain accuracy in back-office data. You’ll collaborate with the Senior Manager, Business Services and Reporting Analysts to ensure timely, accurate deliverables for clients.

The role emphasizes back-office accounting fundamentals, basic Excel skills, and a proactive, deadline-driven team player attitude.

Qualifications

• Ability to develop relationships with people of different experiences and skillsets.
• Knowledge of Trams/Tres is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bookkeeping background helpful.
• Microsoft Office Suite experience.
• Positive, customer-centric attitude.

Responsibilities

• Complete credit card reconciliations for clients while working with agents and account managers to obtain information and meet deadlines
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients’ ad hoc and routine reporting requests
• Work with Reporting Analysts to produce customized reports through Grasp and Excel
• Update back-office data to ensure accuracy
• Maintain basic tracking of reporting requests, reconciliation status, and outstanding items
• Use company-approved AI tools to support routine tasks while verifying outputs and protecting confidential information
