Zusammenfassung

On Location is seeking a Coordinator, Business Services to support report requests via Grasp and Trams, reconcile client credit cards, and collaborate with the Senior Manager and reporting analysts. You will contribute to back-office processes and data accuracy while meeting deadlines.

You will apply basic Excel skills and office software to produce reports and maintain records. This is a full-time, on-site role with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to develop relationships with people of different experiences and skillsets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bookkeeping background helpful.
• Microsoft Office Suite experience.

Aufgaben

• Complete credit card reconciliations for clients while working with agents and account managers to obtain information and meet deadlines.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients’ ad hoc and routine reporting requests.
• Work with Reporting Analysts to produce customized reports through Grasp and Excel.
• Update back‑office data to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain basic tracking of reporting requests, reconciliation status, and outstanding items.
