Job summary

On Location is seeking a Coordinator, Business Services to assist with report requests using Grasp and Trams, and to reconcile client credit cards. You will collaborate with the Senior Manager, Business Services and Reporting Analysts to deliver accurate, timely results.

The role emphasizes back-office accounting tasks, basic Excel skills, meeting deadlines, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to develop relationships with people of different experiences and skillsets.
• Knowledge of Trams/Tres is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bookkeeping background helpful.
• Microsoft Office Suite experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete credit card reconciliations for clients while working with agents and account managers to obtain information and meet deadlines.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients’ ad hoc and routine reporting requests.
• Work with Reporting Analysts to produce customized reports through Grasp and Excel.
• Update back-office data to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain basic tracking of reporting requests, reconciliation status, and outstanding items.
• Use company-approved AI tools to support routine tasks while verifying outputs and protecting confidential information.
