Qualifications

• Maintain calm, professional demeanor in a fast-moving studio.
• Show strong organizational skills and multitask without dropping the tray.
• Be reliable, compassionate, and team-focused.
• Aesthetics or medical setting experience is a plus, degree not required.

Responsibilities

• Prep and verify all procedure trays with precision and consistency.
• Open and close the studio to standard every shift, including inventory counts.
• Maintain treatment rooms and back office to a consistent, impeccable standard.
• Keep the team aligned on daily goals, studio flow, and provider break schedules.
• Coordinate provider breaks and lunches so schedules run smoothly.
• Monitor and restock supplies; anticipate needs before they run out.
• Maintain patient documentation including charting and before/after photos.
• Support front desk as needed and participate in special projects when required.
