Naked MD, Inc. is seeking a full-time Aesthetic Coordinator in California to support patient flow and the studio’s operational excellence. You’ll ensure trays are prepared, rooms are ready, and every shift runs smoothly from opening to closing.

The role emphasizes accuracy, proactive stocking, and patient-centered service, with responsibilities across front desk support and provider coordination. Weekend availability is required in this fast-paced aesthetics environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in aesthetics or medical settings is a plus.
• Willingness to learn counts.
• Friday and Saturday availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Prep and verify all procedure trays with precision and consistency — always ready before they’re needed
• Open and close the studio to standard every shift, including full inventory counts
• Maintain treatment rooms and the back office to an identical, impeccable standard — room to room, shift to shift
• Keep the team aligned on daily goals, studio flow, and provider break schedules before the first patient arrives
• Coordinate provider breaks and lunches so the schedule never stalls
• Monitor and restock supplies proactively — anticipate before something runs out
• Maintain accurate patient documentation including charting, before & after photos, and treatment records
• Uphold every patient’s dignity, individuality, and right to exceptional care
• Support the front desk and concierge experience as needed — checking patients in and out, rooming patients, and stepping in wherever the team needs you. Special projects may come your way too; flexibility is part of the role.
