Naked MD in Charleston is seeking an Aesthetic Coordinator to be the backbone of the patient experience and studio operations. You will ensure every tray is prepared, rooms are immaculate, and the daily workflow runs smoothly from opening to closing, with a focus on flawless execution.

You will maintain inventory, coordinate provider breaks, and support the front desk to ensure each patient’s visit is seamless and respectful.

Qualifications

• Must maintain precise inventory, trays, and restock accuracy.
• Able to anticipate schedule needs three steps ahead at all times.
• Take ownership of studio state and uphold high standards.
• Show up reliably; support providers and patients consistently.
• Friday and Saturday availability is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Prep and verify all procedure trays before use.
• Open and close the studio and perform full inventory counts.
• Maintain treatment rooms and back office to a high, consistent standard.
• Coordinate provider breaks and keep daily goals and studio flow aligned.
• Support front desk and concierge tasks, including patient check-in/out.
