Qualifications

• Experience in aesthetics or medical settings is a plus, willingness to learn.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Precise inventory and tray prep/restocking required.
• Friday and Saturday availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify all procedure trays ahead of procedures.
• Open and close the studio and perform full inventory counts.
• Maintain treatment rooms and back office to a high standard, room to room and shift to shift.
• Coordinate provider breaks and lunches to keep the schedule flowing.
• Support front desk and concierge tasks as needed.
