Qualifications

• Experience in aesthetics or medical settings is a plus, but willingness to learn counts.

• Fearlessness in owning studio standards, inventory, and patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify procedure trays before use.
• Open and close the studio and perform full inventory counts.
• Maintain treatment rooms and back office to a high standard across shifts.
• Coordinate provider breaks and lunches to prevent delays.
• Support front desk tasks: check-ins, rooming, and general team assistance.
• Keep patient documentation accurate with charting and photos.
