Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify procedure trays with precision.
• Open and close the studio and perform full inventory.
• Maintain treatment rooms and back office to a high standard.
• Keep the team aligned on daily goals, studio flow, and provider breaks.
• Coordinate provider breaks and meals to keep schedule on track.
• Monitor and restock supplies proactively.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation including photos and records.
• Support front desk and concierge tasks as needed, with flexibility for special projects.
