NAKED MD is seeking a full-time Aesthetic Coordinator to act as the operations hub, ensuring flawless patient experiences and seamless studio workflow. You’ll manage trays, inventory, and back-office upkeep while supporting the front desk and provider schedule.

The role emphasizes reliability, integrity, and a patient-centered approach, with Friday and Saturday availability mandatory to support busy aesthetic appointments.

Qualifications

• Inventory counts, tray prep, and restocking exactness.
• You stay three steps ahead of the schedule.
• You own the state of the studio and setting a standard.
• Dependable presence on Fridays and Saturdays is required.
• Experience in aesthetics or medical settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify all procedure trays before use.
• Open and close the studio, including full inventory counts.
• Maintain treatment rooms and back office to a high standard.
• Keep the team aligned on daily goals and provider breaks.
• Coordinate provider breaks and lunches to keep the schedule flowing.
• Monitor and restock supplies proactively to avoid outages.
• Maintain patient documentation with charts, photos, and records.
• Uphold patient dignity and exceptional care at all times.
• Support front desk and concierge tasks as needed.
