Job summary

NAKED MD seeks an Aesthetic Coordinator to orchestrate patient flow and the in-studio experience. You’ll ensure trays are prepared, rooms maintained, and the schedule runs smoothly, supporting clinicians and front desk alike.

This full-time role requires Friday and Saturday availability, a calm, organized presence, and a willingness to learn in aesthetics. Our team values integrity, compassion, and a patient-first approach.

Qualifications

• Must have Friday and Saturday availability.
• Precise inventory, tray prep, and restocking require strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn in aesthetics or medical settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify all procedure trays before they’re needed.
• Open and close the studio to standard every shift, including full inventory counts.
• Maintain treatment rooms and the back office to an identical, impeccable standard—room to room, shift to shift.
• Keep the team aligned on daily goals, studio flow, and provider break schedules before the first patient arrives.
• Coordinate provider breaks and lunches so the schedule never stalls.
• Monitor and restock supplies proactively—anticipate before something runs out.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation including charting, before & after photos, and treatment records.
• Uphold every patient’s dignity, individuality, and right to exceptional care.
• Support the front desk and concierge experience as needed—checking patients in and out, rooming patients, and stepping in wherever the team needs you. Special projects may come your way too; flexibility is part of the role.
