Job summary

Spectrum Business is seeking an Account Executive to join our sales team, driving growth for small business clients with data, phone, video and mobile solutions. You will prospect, consult and close opportunities in your territory and maintain records of activities and deals.

In this field-based role, you’ll collaborate with internal groups to ensure seamless orders and exceptional service. A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in sales or telecom are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field or equivalent years of experience.
• 2+ years of sales experience or 2+ years of telecom or technical industry experience.
• Proven ability to manage sales and administrative tasks with multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business sales by engaging small businesses within your assigned sales territory
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to identify Spectrum Business solutions that address client requirements
• Achieve sales and product targets across data, phone, video and mobile services from lead to close
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, presentations and closed deals using required software and tools
• Collaborate with other business groups to ensure seamless order execution and customer service
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions to stay current with Spectrum’s products and strategies
• Consistently simplify and enhance the customer experience through proactive communication and support
