Job summary

Mediacom Communications is seeking a Business Account Executive in Kentucky to grow and manage Video, HSD, and Phone business accounts, including MDU. You will drive revenue, present solutions to clients, and expand the customer base within a dynamic team environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, two years of outside B2B sales, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and overtime is needed, plus a valid driver\'s license.

Qualifications

• Good written and oral communications skills.
• Two years outside sales experience preferably business-to-business.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays and overtime as required.
• Valid driver\'s license and satisfactory driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed monthly quota in Business Data, Phone and Video sales as defined in Performance Standards document.
• Create and deliver face-to-face presentations that demonstrate knowledge of the Mediacom Business suite of products and services.
• Enter and maintain all leads and accounts in CRM/Sales Management software.
• Develop sales territory through prospecting activities, including cold calling, canvassing and referrals.
• Prepare and initiate proposals to new Business prospects.
• Utilize CRM/Sales Management software on a daily basis for the documenting and management of leads through account deployment.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with business customers, prospects, and business community organizations.
• Require regular attendance to report to work per assigned work schedule.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
