Job summary

Mediacom Communications is seeking a Business Account Executive to grow and manage Video, HSD, and Phone Business accounts, including Commercial MDU opportunities. You will build relationships, present the full business suite, and drive new revenue while maintaining strong customer partnerships.

The role requires outside sales experience, solid communication skills, and the ability to work flexible hours to meet client needs. Base plus commissions with a strong first-year guarantee support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years outside sales experience preferably business-to-business.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed monthly quota in Business Data, Phone and Video sales as defined in Performance Standards document.
• Create and deliver face-to-face presentations demonstrating knowledge of Mediacom Business products and services.
• Enter and maintain all leads and accounts in CRM/Sales Management software.
• Develop sales territory through prospecting activities including cold calling, canvassing and referrals.
• Prepare and initiate proposals to new Business prospects.
• Utilize CRM daily for documenting and managing leads through accounts.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with business customers and local organizations.
• Regular attendance to report to work per schedule.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
