Job summary

Mediacom Communications seeks a Business Account Executive to drive new business and manage existing Video, HSD and Phone accounts, including commercial MDU opportunities.

You will deliver persuasive presentations, enter leads into CRM, and expand your territory through proactive prospecting. A strong emphasis on relationship-building with local businesses and organizations is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Two years outside sales experience, preferably business-to-business.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly quota in Business Data, Phone and Video sales.
• Create and deliver face-to-face presentations showcasing the Mediacom Business products and services.
• Enter and maintain all leads and accounts in CRM/Sales Management software.
• Develop sales territory through prospecting activities, including cold calling and canvassing.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with business customers and local organizations.
