Job summary

ECAM is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to own a defined territory and drive profitable growth in a hybrid Salt Lake City role. You will manage the full sales cycle for CCTV, video surveillance, and remote monitoring solutions, collaborating with operations and leadership to ensure strong customer outcomes.

The position offers uncapped commission with on-target earnings of $175,000–$250,000, a competitive base, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Full-cycle B2B sales experience including prospecting, discovery, negotiation, and close.
• Experience selling security technology or related B2B solutions such as CCTV and video surveillance.
• Familiarity with target environments including construction, commercial real estate, logistics, manufacturing, or critical infrastructure.
• Strong CRM discipline (Salesforce preferred) with pipeline management.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Own the full new-business sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Lead a consultative sales process with discovery, stakeholder alignment, and ROI-focused business cases.
• Create and deliver high-impact proposals, RFP responses, and executive presentations.
• Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting in Salesforce.
• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to drive pipeline growth.
• Collaborate with operations and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and post-sale success.
