Qualifications

• No prior insurance experience required; emphasis on mindset, integrity and learning.
• Training & development with hands-on field experience, ride-alongs, and guided modules.
• Licensing support for Health & Life licensing within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Meet with decision-makers at small and mid-size businesses.
• Present supplemental insurance options in enrollment-style meetings.
• Build lasting relationships through follow-up and service.
• Maintain accurate client and activity records in Salesforce.
• Work with mentors to set goals and grow.
• Expand territory through referrals and community connections.
