You will train with mentors, build relationships face-to-face, and grow your territory with ongoing support; licensing assistance is provided and performance bonuses reflect results.

Qualifications

• Willing to obtain Health & Life license (support provided).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet with business decision-makers face-to-face.
• Self-motivated to work independently with mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Meet with decision-makers at small and mid-size businesses.
• Present supplemental insurance options in enrollment-style meetings.
• Build lasting relationships through follow-up and service.
• Maintain accurate client and activity records in Salesforce.
• Work with mentors to set goals and grow.
• Expand your territory through referrals and community connections.
