Learn our products, sales processes, and CRM; assist in recruiting and mentoring new team members; receive exceptional training and opportunities for rapid advancement. Competitive weekly draw with commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of professional (post-high school) work experience.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life producer license (licensing reimbursement offered).
• Experience using sales-related software (CRM) is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Learn our products/services, sales processes, and CRM software.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and mentoring new sales team members.
• Field B2B sales, building your own book of business.
• Provide guidance, support, and coaching to team members to enhance sales skills.
• Handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure excellent customer service.
• Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in sales meetings, contribute ideas, and motivate team members.
