Responsibilities

• Follows up on new leads to conduct meetings and use virtual presentations to maximize prospect experience.
• Analyzes customer needs and determines suitable products, directing to the appropriate division when needed.
• Maintain availability for transferred calls to maximize connection rate and prospect experience.
• Assist customers in submitting accurate new business paperwork and weekly activity reports for forecasting.
• Achieve technical, competitive and sales skill knowledge; measured by objectives and performance with SurePayroll.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
• Project a positive image representing SurePayroll to clients and the community.
