Paychex is seeking a Sales Representative to sell Paychex solutions and support within current client base as well as new clients. You will help small business owners succeed while expanding the Paychex footprint in the marketplace.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree preferred, relevant sales experience a plus.
• 3 years of inside or outside B2B sales experience.
• Experience across Digital Media, Health Insurance, HR Services, Retail, Hospitality, Recruitment, Financial Services, Insurance, Marketing, IT or Professional Services.

Responsibilities

• Self-generate leads and prospect existing clients via phone and email to schedule meetings daily.
• Review client data using sales tools to prepare for discovery meetings and propose solutions.
• Create proposals from insights and secure client decisions.
• Meet with clients to review agreements and negotiate terms to close sales.
• Attend partner meetings to educate on solutions and processes.
• Ensure timely submission of sales paperwork and reports.
• Sharpen sales skills to achieve targets and quotas.
