Job summary

RISE Financial is seeking a motivated Sales Representative & Field Trainer to drive sales and mentor new hires in a dynamic, team-driven environment. This role combines client acquisition, relationship building, and hands-on training to develop a high-performance sales force.

You will engage clients, promote our supplemental benefits, and deliver coaching to help teammates grow, while contributing to a collaborative and growth-minded culture.

Qualifications

• 1 year in B2B sales with ability to meet targets.
• Prior mentoring or training experience preferred but not required; coaching mindset is valued.
• Strong verbal and written communication; organized and multi-task capable.

Responsibilities

• Actively identify and engage potential clients through in-person cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships for retention and repeat business.
• Present and promote products and services, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals and KPIs.
• Deliver training programs to new hires and provide ongoing mentorship to team members.
• Collaborate with leadership to assess training effectiveness and implement improvements.
• Foster a learning environment promoting personal and professional development.
