Job summary

RISE Financial is seeking a Sales Representative & Field Trainer to drive new client growth and mentor peers in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. • Minimum 1 year in B2B sales with a proven ability to meet targets.
• Experience mentoring or training is preferred, with coaching ability valued.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; organized and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Actively identify and engage potential clients through in-person networking and referrals.
• Build long-term client relationships to ensure retention and repeat business.
• Present products, negotiate contracts, and close sales to achieve KPIs.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals and KPIs.
• Deliver training programs to new hires, ensuring understanding of methods and culture.
• Provide ongoing mentorship and constructive feedback to team members.
• Collaborate with leadership to evaluate and improve training programs.
