RISE Financial is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative & Field Trainer to grow our B2B portfolio in the Arizona region. You will drive new client acquisition, nurture relationships, and mentor new hires using our proven methods.

In this role, you’ll combine field sales with hands-on training, earning uncapped commissions, and benefiting from structured onboarding and ongoing coaching to advance your career within a dynamic, community-focused insurance team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in B2B sales with proven target attainment.
• Experience mentoring or training is preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication with organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Actively identify and engage potential clients through in-person efforts and referrals.
• Build long-term client relationships to ensure retention and repeat business.
• Promote products, negotiate contracts, and close sales to meet KPIs.
• Deliver training programs to new hires and provide ongoing mentorship.
