RISE Financial is seeking an Outside Sales Representative & Trainer to engage with potential clients, present supplemental insurance products, and build lasting relationships. You will work toward personal and team goals with uncapped commissions and have opportunities to lead by mentoring new team members.

The role focuses on business-to-business, in-person engagement with a flexible, growth-driven environment where leadership skills are valued and developed over time.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is a plus, but we will train motivated individuals.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are required.
• Previous leadership or mentorship experience is beneficial but not required.
