Job summary

TruGreen is seeking a Professional B2B sales representative to drive new revenue within an assigned territory, focusing on property management firms, schools, large corporations, and sports facilities. The role targets accounts with annual revenues up to $500K and requires driving growth through strategic proposals and long-term contracts.

You will manage leads via CRM, present tailored lawn care programs, and coordinate with branch teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or related work experience preferred.
0-1 years of B2B sales experience preferred.
Valid Driver's License required.
Landscaping or lawncare experience a plus.
Proven sales track record preferred.

Responsibilities

Achieve sales goals and execute plans for business customers such as property managers, schools, sports facilities, and banks.
Present proposals for lawncare services and secure long-term contracts.
Generate new B2B revenue by prospecting and adding commercial customers.
Negotiate price and design using company guidelines and CRM.
Generate leads and manage opportunities using the CRM system.
Coordinate with local branch management and service team to manage projects.
