City Wide Cincinnati is seeking a results‑driven B2B sales professional to own a territory and drive growth. You’ll develop a pipeline via cold outreach, referrals, and networking, and present tailored facility maintenance solutions to business leaders.

You’ll build credibility with owners and decision‑makers, close deals with mutual value, track activities in the CRM, and collaborate with senior leadership to accelerate your career in a national network.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience with outbound or “hunter” approach.
• Confident in leading conversations and adapting to various business types.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
• High level of accountability, time management and self-discipline.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and manage a pipeline of B2B opportunities through cold outreach, referrals, networking and follow-ups.
• Leverage LinkedIn to identify and nurture prospects and support relationship development.
• Conduct weekly prospecting to maintain momentum and pipeline velocity.
• Build trust with business owners and decision-makers, showcasing City Wide’s maintenance solutions.
• Present tailored solutions, handle objections, and close mutually valuable deals.
• Track all activities and leads in the CRM system.
