Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a driven Sales Executive to own the entire sales journey—from lead spotting to closing deals. You will build relationships with property managers and business owners, tailor facility service solutions, and drive revenue growth in a fast-paced B2B environment.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with CRMs. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of B2B sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent outside sales experience).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to connect with decision-makers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to tailor solutions.
• Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Spot and qualify leads to seal the deal.
• Establish meaningful relationships and understand client needs.
• Proactive prospecting, relationship building, and strategic selling for growth.
• Explore new business opportunities through cold calling, networking and site visits.
• Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools and collaborate with internal teams.
