Qualifications

• 2–3 years of B2B sales with outbound experience.
• Confident in leading conversations and handling objections.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a B2B pipeline via cold outreach, referrals, networking, and follow-ups.
• Leverage LinkedIn to identify, connect with, and nurture prospects; build online presence to support relationships.
• Conduct weekly prospecting to maintain momentum and pipeline velocity.
• Build trust with business owners and decision-makers, showing City Wide can meet their needs.
• Present tailored solutions, handle objections, and close deals.
• Track activities and leads in our CRM system.
