This outside, B2B role focuses on building a durable referral network and commercial client base through trusted relationships, with a structured system to deliver predictable deal flow and long-term income growth.

You will cultivate partnerships with insurance professionals, contractors, property and facility managers, and related local commercial contacts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Strong relationship-building skills essential for long-term territory development.
• Experience with consultative selling and territory planning.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a B2B referral network through hunting and farming.
• Conduct in-person meetings and relationship development.
• Run consultative conversations, not product pitches.
• Track pipeline and activity in CRM.
• Work closely with operations to ensure strong outcomes.
• Consistently build toward predictable deal flow.
