Job summary

Allegiant Business Group is recruiting a B2B Sales Representative & Trainer to blend direct client sales with leadership development. You will meet with business owners and staff to present supplemental insurance options, while coaching newer agents in our systems and approach.

The role offers flexibility over territory and schedule, with structured training, ongoing leadership support, and opportunities to advance into leadership positions.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales or field sales.
• Ability to mentor and train others.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with small and mid-sized business clients.
• Conduct in-person benefit presentations and enrollment-style meetings.
• Recommend supplemental insurance solutions based on client needs.
• Mentor and support newer agents through field coaching.
• Lead by example through consistent personal production.
• Maintain accurate client and activity records in Salesforce CRM.
• Prospect new opportunities through referrals, networking, and scheduled appointments.
• Collaborate with leadership to set weekly goals and support team development.
• Provide ongoing client service, follow-up, and re-servicing.
