Job summary

Allegiant Business Group in Marble Falls, TX is seeking a full-time B2B Direct Sales Representative & Trainer. You will meet with local business owners and employees, drive outside sales, and coach newer agents in our systems. The role offers flexible scheduling and uncapped earning potential in a results-driven environment.

You will receive structured training, licensing support, and leadership resources while building a robust book of business and helping a growing team succeed.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales and building client relationships.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life license.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with small and mid-sized business clients.
• Conduct in-person benefit presentations and enrollment-style meetings.
• Recommend supplemental insurance solutions based on client needs.
• Mentor and support newer agents through field coaching and guidance.
• Lead by example through consistent personal production.
• Maintain accurate client and activity records in Salesforce CRM.
• Prospect new opportunities through referrals, networking, and scheduled appointments.
• Collaborate with leadership to set weekly goals and support team development.
• Provide ongoing client service, follow-up, and re-servicing.
