Allegiant Business Group in Belton, TX is seeking a Sales Representative & Field Trainer to drive growth in a local territory. The role combines outside B2B sales with leadership development and mentorship of newer agents.

You will conduct in-person presentations, build client relationships, mentor teammates, and maintain activity records. Independent contractor arrangement offers flexible scheduling, training resources, and leadership guidance.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience in B2B is preferred.
• Experience mentoring or leading teams is a plus.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with small and mid-sized business clients.
• Conduct in-person benefit presentations and enrollment-style meetings.
• Recommend supplemental insurance solutions based on client needs.
• Mentor and support newer agents through field training and coaching.
• Lead by example through consistent personal production.
• Maintain accurate activity and client records using Salesforce CRM.
• Prospect through referrals, networking, and scheduled appointments.
• Collaborate with leadership to set weekly goals and support team development.
• Provide ongoing client service, follow-up, and re-servicing.
