Job summary

ServiceMaster Restore - Salt Lake City is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive revenue growth in our facility cleaning and restoration services. You will lead a high-performing sales team across commercial, industrial, and institutional markets, expand key accounts, and close new business.

You will develop strategies, train reps, manage pipelines, and collaborate with operations to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in B2B sales across facilities services, commercial cleaning, restoration, construction or related fields.
• 5+ years of sales experience with at least 2–3 years in a sales management or team leadership role.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline, forecast accurately, and meet or exceed targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow cleaning contracts and restoration/reconstruction projects.
• Identify and close new business opportunities with property managers, facility directors, insurance partners, general contractors, and commercial property owners.
• Lead and coach a team of sales representatives.
• Build and maintain strong client and referral relationships.
• Prepare proposals, estimates, and presentations for service solutions.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless handoffs to operations.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity in facility maintenance and restoration services.
• Track and report sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics.
