Job summary

ServiceMaster by McCann in Utah seeks an experienced Sales Manager to drive revenue growth in commercial cleaning and restoration services. You will lead a high-performing sales team, expand accounts, and build lasting client partnerships across property managers, insurers, and contractors.

The role emphasizes strategic sales planning, team leadership, and collaboration with operations to ensure smooth project handoffs and sustained growth in industrial and institutional markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with 2–3 years in a management role.

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead revenue growth for a company specializing in professional facility cleaning and the reconstruction of damaged facilities. This role is responsible for driving new business, expanding existing accounts, and building a high-performing sales team in the commercial, industrial, and institutional markets.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline, forecast accurately, and consistently meet or exceed targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
