ServiceMaster Restore is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead revenue growth in the commercial cleaning and restoration sectors. You will drive new business, expand existing accounts, and build a high-performing sales team across commercial, industrial, and institutional markets.

You will develop strategies, manage proposals, and collaborate with operations to ensure seamless handoffs. A proven track record in B2B sales and 5+ years in sales leadership are desired.

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead revenue growth for a company specializing in professional facility cleaning and the reconstruction of damaged facilities. This role is responsible for driving new business, expanding existing accounts, and building a high-performing sales team in the commercial, industrial, and institutional markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow cleaning contracts and restoration/ reconstruction projects.
• Identify and close new business opportunities with property managers, facility directors, insurance partners, general contractors, and commercial property owners.
• Lead and coach a team of sales representatives.
• Build and maintain strong client and referral relationships.
• Prepare proposals, estimates, and presentations for service solutions.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless handoffs to operations.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity in facility maintenance and restoration services.
• Track and report sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics.

Required Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in facility services, commercial cleaning, restoration, construction, or related fields.
• 5+ years of sales experience with at least 2–3 years in a sales management or team leadership role.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline, forecast accurately, and consistently meet or exceed targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
