ServiceMaster Restore in Montana is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive revenue growth for our facility cleaning and restoration services. You will lead new business development, expand existing accounts, and coach a high-performing sales team across commercial, industrial, and institutional markets.

The role emphasizes building client relationships, preparing proposals, and partnering with operations to ensure smooth handoffs.

Competenze

• 5+ years of sales experience with 2–3 years in a sales management or team leadership role.
• Proven track record of success in B2B sales in facility services, commercial cleaning, restoration, construction or related fields.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline, forecast accurately, and meet/exceed targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

Mansioni

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow cleaning contracts and restoration/reconstruction projects.
• Identify and close new business opportunities with property managers, facility directors, insurance partners, general contractors, and commercial property owners.
• Lead and coach a team of sales representatives.
• Build and maintain strong client and referral relationships.
• Prepare proposals, estimates, and presentations for service solutions.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless handoffs to operations.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity in facility maintenance and restoration services.
