ServiceMaster seeks an experienced Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across commercial cleaning, restoration, and reconstruction services. You will lead a high-performing sales team, develop strategies, and forge strong relationships with property managers, insurers, and general contractors.

Success requires a proven B2B sales record, strategic leadership, and the ability to forecast and close major contracts.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of sales experience with 2–3 years in a sales management or team leadership role.
• Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in facility services or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow cleaning contracts and restoration projects.
• Identify and close new business opportunities with property managers, facility directors, insurers and general contractors.
• Lead and coach a team of sales representatives.
• Build and maintain strong client and referral relationships.
• Prepare proposals, estimates, and presentations for service solutions.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless handoffs to operations.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity in facility maintenance and restoration services.
• Track and report sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics.
