Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions of Salt Lake City is seeking a dynamic Facilities Services Manager to oversee relationships with up to 40 commercial buildings and coordinate janitorial and related services. You will work with Sales Executives and contractors, manage staffing, pricing, and schedules, and drive customer satisfaction through quality control and proactive problem solving.

A strong emphasis on communication and independent work is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; undergraduate degree preferred.
• 5+ years in sales and management in building maintenance, facility management or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned client relationships, including retention, expansion, and diversification of City Wide building solutions and/or products.
• Formulate and manage an effective service strategy and schedule tailored to each client.
• Negotiate and enter into agreements for additional services—determine pricing, staffing, and logistics.
• Manage all contractor relationships, including interviewing, pricing, contract terms, compliance, and replacements.
• Ensure quality and client satisfaction through detailed inspections and follow-up with all promises.
