City Wide Facility Solutions in Buffalo, NY is seeking a driven Sales Executive to lead full-cycle B2B sales, prospecting, pitching and closing in a fast-paced environment. You will build a thriving pipeline across industrial, healthcare, and retail clients.

You must have at least 3 years of B2B sales, a hunter mentality, excellent communication and presentation skills, CRM proficiency, and a solid work ethic. A valid driver's license and a bachelor's degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of B2B sales experience with a track record of hitting quota.
• Hunter mindset—goal-driven and self-motivated.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical thinking with negotiation skills.
• Experience closing short-cycle B2B sales.
• CRM proficiency and attention to accurate data entry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• High School diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle—from lead generation to close.
• Identify and qualify new commercial clients in Western New York.
• Schedule and lead client meetings with compelling presentations.
• Build rapport and navigate objections to close deals.
• Dedicate a minimum of 20 hours per week to prospecting.
• Use and maintain CRM to keep data accurate and current.
• Maintain a Top 100 prospect list and organized CRM.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
