Job summary

City Wide is seeking a Sales Executive to drive new business in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment. You will own the full sales cycle from lead generation to close, and work with operations and the sales team to nurture profitable client relationships.

The role emphasizes a hunter mindset, consistent prospecting, and strong communication skills. Base salary with commissions is offered, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of B2B sales with a proven track record.
• Hunter sales mindset; goal-driven and self-motivated.
• Sandler/Dale Carnegie training preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential clients, leads and referrals for monthly sales.
• Schedule appointments, understand account requirements, and present solutions.
• Close sales by building rapport and presenting capabilities to clients.
• Prospect for 20+ hours per week.
• Utilize and manage CRM to maintain client and lead information.
• Maintain the Hot 25 list in the CRM.
• Represent the company professionally with clients and colleagues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
