Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions of Central Pennsylvania is seeking a driven Sales Executive to lead new business development across the territory. This hunter role requires owning the full sales cycle, closing new commercial accounts, and maintaining a healthy pipeline.

Successful candidates will have 2+ years of outside B2B sales, a proven track record of meeting quotas, and strong prospecting and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years outside B2B sales in a hunter role.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong prospecting and territory development skills.
• Experience closing short-cycle B2B sales.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales process discipline.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new B2B opportunities.
• Outbound prospecting via phone, email, and field activity.
• Lead discovery meetings with decision-makers.
• Present tailored solutions and overcome objections.
• Close new business and hand off accounts to operations.
• Maintain documentation in CRM and hit activity targets.
• Collaborate with account managers to ensure onboarding.
