Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a driven Sales Executive to lead the entire sales journey in a fast-paced B2B environment. You will identify leads, qualify opportunities, and close deals while delivering customized facility service solutions.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of outside sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work across industrial, medical, and retail settings. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, and experience with CRM systems is required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of B2B sales experience with targets
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Ability to work across industrial, medical, retail settings and adapt to air quality/temperature variations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with decision-makers
• Experience with CRM systems and MS Office

Responsibilities

• End-to-end sales responsibility from lead spotting to closing
• Develop meaningful client relationships and tailor facility service solutions
• Prospect through cold calls, networking, and site visits
• Perform market research to identify industry opportunities
• Manage sales pipeline using CRM and coordinate with internal teams for onboarding
