You will establish relationships with property managers and business owners, delivering customized facility service solutions that meet client needs. The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of B2B sales, strong communication skills, and experience with CRM tools.

Qualifikationen

• 2-5 years of B2B sales experience required or proven track record.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent outside sales experience).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to connect with decision-makers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to tailor solutions.
• Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently while being a team player.
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to adapt to various work environments (industrial, medical, office, retail).
• Must pass a pre-employment background check due to safety-sensitive role.
