City Wide Facility Solutions in Columbus, OH is seeking a tenacious Sales Executive to join our B2B sales team. You will own the full sales cycle from lead generation to close, prospecting aggressively and building relationships with clients.

The role rewards high performers with a base salary plus monthly commissions and a car allowance, with a strong focus on meeting sales targets and collaborating across marketing and operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience with a proven track record.
• Strong prospecting, territory development, and closing skills.
• Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office; organized with good data entry.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify potential clients; conduct a minimum of 20 hours of outreach weekly.
• Initiate and manage the sales process from lead generation to close.
• Close sales by building relationships and presenting solutions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and maintain accurate client records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to drive results.
