Consolidated Employer Services in Columbus, OH is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The role is in-office with a base salary plus uncapped commissions and six-figure earning potential within two years.

You will conduct inside and outside sales, set appointments, and build relationships with small to midsize business owners while presenting HR, payroll, benefits, and risk management solutions. No nights or weekends and a comprehensive benefits package are included.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience preferred (B2B a plus).
• Can sell yourself to clients and leadership.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to work full-time in person at our Columbus office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inside and outside sales activities.
• Set appointments via phone and meet with prospects in person.
• Build relationships with small and midsize business owners.
• Present CES solutions related to HR, payroll, benefits, and risk management.
