City Wide Facility Solutions Columbus is seeking a tenacious closer to join our B2B Sales Team (CBS Division). You aggressively prospect for business, sell with confidence and integrity, and manage client relationships from first contact to project kickoff.

As Sales & Project Manager, you hunt for new clients needing our 20+ services, then you oversee projects through our network of partners, ensuring City Wide is the first choice for their next project.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 2–3 years in a B2B sales environment preferred.
• "Hunter" sales acumen; goal driven and self-motivated.
• Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• CRM experience and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential clients and referrals to generate monthly projects.
• Schedule appointments, assess client requirements, and deliver proposals.
• Explain services, overcome objections, and assist with contracts.
