The Meier Agency is seeking an Outside Sales Representative Trainer to shape and grow its sales team. You will design and deliver programs that build foundational sales skills and leadership potential, while coaching reps to reach career milestones.

In this role you’ll conduct both in-person and online sessions, recruit and mentor new team members, and drive a high-energy culture focused on excellence. Join a nationally expanding organization with strong leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales with a track record of success, preferably in insurance.
• Ability to mentor and develop others.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and sales tools.
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs for sales reps and future leaders.
• Lead interactive in-person and online training sessions.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to help reps achieve goals.
• Identify high-potential reps and prepare leadership development plans.
• Create a positive learning environment that promotes growth and collaboration.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
