Qualifications

• Proven sales track record with the ability to grow a client book.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life producer license (licensing reimbursement offered).
• Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience mentoring or coaching others is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training programs for sales reps with focus on skills and leadership.
• Conduct in-person and online sessions to build confidence and practical know-how.
• Coach and mentor reps to help them meet career goals.
• Identify high-potential individuals and support leadership development.
